Are you not completely satisfied with your ordered items?

It’s a pity to hear that, but that can happen of course! If the articles meet a number of returning conditions you will always be able to return it to us. We will of course refund you the purchase amount as soon as possible. We would like to know from you why the package is being returned, so that we can always improve our quality. For that reason, a return form must always be completed. It retour form you can here download and print. By returning your order you agree to the return policy below.


Returns are quite easy. Fill in the return form and put it in the package and return the items to the address below:

When you return your order to us, we unfortunately do not have the option to immediately send another item or size. We will refund the amount to you, so that you can easily place a new order with us.

Return conditions

  • Returns are possible within 14 days.
  • Products must be in original condition and provided with original tags and labels.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be delivered in its original condition.
  • The items to be returned must be free of stains and damage.
  • The items to be returned must be free of user traces.

Pay attention! If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always make sure that your package has a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code. Sending your return via parcel post where you do not receive a Track & Trace code is at your own risk.

As a customer you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

When we have received your returned item, we will contact you via a confirmation email. Within a few days after processing your return, you will receive the purchase amount back on your account!
