To track your order, we will send you an email indicating the product’s departure from our warehouse. In the ordercomfirmation email you will also find your personal track and trace code from PostNL or DPD.
We have decided to entrust the management of our online payments to Mollie. Thanks to their 100% secure payment services, you can shop online at Ka.limbas without any worries. In addition to the standard payment methods such as Ideal and Bancontact, we also offer post-payment via Klarna.
Yes! We want to make online shopping as easy as possible for you, which is why we have decided to offer the option of paying afterwards. Postpay gives the customer the option to pay within 14 days. As soon as the order has been shipped you will receive the invoice via Klarna. You will be able to arrange the actual payment yourself with Klarna.Read more.
It’s a pity to hear that, but that can happen of course! ls the articles meet a number of returning conditions you will always be able to return it to us. We will of course refund you the purchase amount as soon as possible. We would like to know from you why the package is being returned, so that we can always improve our quality. For that reason, a return form must always be completed. You can download the return form here
Returns are quite easy. Fill in the return form and put it in the package and return the items to the address below:

Please announce your return via chat or [email protected] before shipment. We cannot accept your return shipment without a track-and-trace code.
Both the costs and the risk of sending are for your own account when returning. Even if payment afterwards has been chosen during the ordering process.
When you return your order to us, we unfortunately do not have the option to immediately send another item or size. We will refund the amount to you as soon as possible, so that you can easily place a new order with us.
Refunds are made via Mollie and can take up to 7 working days. Creditcard payments takes a bit longer 10 working days to refund.
At the moment we only deliver within the Netherlands, Belgium Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Austria. Please contact us if your country is not listed, we will help you too, but manually! This will soon be expanded to include Germany, France and Luxembourg.
Our kalimbas can be provided with a short personal message or with a name. Even with your own drawings! The perfect gift to give! Please note that the delivery time of an engraved kalimba can take 15 to 20 working days, so make sure you order the kalimba on time.
